Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have charged your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that the item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are on pre-order/backorder status or unavailable we will send a status update and hold the order open until all products arrive.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment  we will dispatch the order to the warehouse for shipment.  We do not ship incomplete orders unless the customer pays an additional shipping fee to ship the in stock items. 

Order Shipment:

Most order ship within 6 hours (under normal conditions) from the time your order was placed. If your order is placed after 2:00PM CST, your order will ship the next business day.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided at checkout.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 48 hours of placing your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@bassdistributing.com.  Please Note:  Due to our automated systems, once your order has been dispatched to the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. 

Please provide us with a valid email address when ordering for correspondence regarding the status of your order.  We DO NOT sell your email address or send unsolicited spam emails! 

If you observe that the status of your shipment has not been updated by the shipping carrier within 48 hours, please contact us.  Please DO NOT provide negative feedback, or file a chargeback with your bank.  The shipping carriers occasionally lose packages, misplace packages, or fail to scan items at their facilities.  This is out of our control, but we will rectify the situation immediately if notified and resend your item as soon as possible!!

NEXT DAY PACKAGES are shipped via UPS AIR SAVER and will arrive by 3PM the next business day.  We do not offer 10AM delivery because of the high cost incurred to ship.


Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it with the carrier at the time of delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the box and purchased items to sales@bassdistributing.com. If purchased items have been damaged during shipping, we will process a claim on your behalf and will send identical replacement items along with a prepaid return shipping label by email for the return of damaged items. If identical items are out of stock, we will initiate a full refund upon receiving damaged items in our warehouse.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If your order has been dispatched to our warehouse, or if you (the buyer) provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges and the actual return shipping charges back to our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
