When an item opens for pre-order or is placed in backorder status, we do not always have the full details on availability from the manufacturers right away.

The estimated arrival date (ETA) is provided by the manufacturers and is provided to you as a courtesy to assist in making your purchase decision. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery because of production or logistics issues. Please check the product page for the most up to date information on availability.

The only instances where a pre-order or backorder will not be filled are if the manufacturer cancels, modifies or short ships our order. In the event of short shipment or modification, we will prioritize filling pre-orders and backorders based on the date the order was received. 

Your credit card will be charged upfront.  This reserves your place in line.

We have a no-hassle policy toward cancellations and returns. If at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to cancel or change your order, please call , email, or chat with us, and we will gladly refund your purchase immediately with no penalties.

You are welcome to combine in stock and pre-order or backorder items. We will hold your entire order until all items come in stock and will ship all items together.

Please Note: if you wish for your in stock items to ship immediately, then please place a separate order for in stock items only. If you wish for your items to ship as they become available then you must place separate orders. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Pre-orders and backorders take priority and ship the day we receive the items (if received before 2PM Central Time). We process and ship orders 5 days a week so you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one business day excluding weekends and holidays.
